Established in 1987 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, our Chartered Physiotherapists, Sport Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Chartered Nutritional Therapist provides high quality assessments and treatment for a variety of clinical conditions, for adults and children.

Our aim is to facilitate your recovery from injury, surgery (elective/emergency/c-section) or illness, using a wide range of hands on, electrotherapy and exercise based treatment techniques.

We can also provide treatment /exercise classes that help maintain, or slow the progression of Neurological conditions.

As well as helping you return to work/sports/hobbies, and/or improving your fitness, we will ensure you know how to help prevent or manage the risk of future re-occurrences of your symptoms.  We want to help you to maintain a good level of activity and health for the future.
